OGame Battle Simulation: Tips and Guidelines for Success

Are you ready to put your fleet composition skills to the test? If so, join us in our first-ever combat simulation contest, where we'll be using TrashSim to simulate all battles. In this article, we'll outline the key guidelines and rules to help you prepare and increase your chances of winning.

First and foremost, it's essential to understand that all battles will be simulated without classes and with combat technologies set at 24/24/24 for both participants. This means that each battle will be a fair and level-playing field, allowing your fleet composition skills to shine through.

Before submitting your fleet, you'll need to ensure it meets the following criteria:

1. Deuterium Limit: You may not have any single ship type exceeding 4,000,000,000 deuterium units in total.

2. Ship Ratio: You may not have any single ship type exceeding 20% of the total number of ships present in the composition of your fleet.

3. Conversion Ratio: You may only use the conversion ratio 2.5 metal/1.5 crystal/1 deuterium.

You'll also need to keep in mind that your fleet must be composed of any current OGame ships, except crawlers and solar satellites. Additionally, each battle will be simulated using the complete fleet entries by two participants, regardless of the results of previous battles.

To create your fleet, you'll have 23,000,000,000 deuterium units available to work with. Remember that the composition of your fleet must remain a secret until after the contest has ended. Any attempts to reveal your fleet composition before the end of the contest will result in disqualification and removal from the competition.

If you're new to OGame or don't have an existing board account, don't worry! You can still participate by creating an account and submitting a ticket from your game account requesting permission to participate. However, brand-new board accounts created after Jwill be invalid unless they are eligible due to the game-account-exception noted above.

To enter the contest, you'll need to submit your fleet composition using TrashSim. Once verified, you'll receive permission to submit your fleet. Make sure to do so by the deadline of Augat 11:59 PM server time (EDT), as any late submissions will not be accepted.
